We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (tags, boxes, and pouches included).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom or personalized pieces (including made-to-order jewelry or accessories) are non-returnable.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
